It is a time and space to be with yourself, for yourself and to infuse the bathing experience with intentions. Water is energetically healing, as well as cleansing and is renown for its therapeutic nature and this beautifully curated bath ritual allows you to take full advantage of this.

This FULL MOON moon bathing ritual combines aromatherapy, with crystals and botanicals to utilize the healing benefits of them all and create an extra special experience. The Full Moon is a time of releasing negativity and practicing gratitude for all the good in our lives. It is a time to look back on the previous month and decide what worked and what we will be taking with us into the lunar new cycle and what we choose to leave behind and let go. This is our most natural time to say goodbye to what we need to release by connecting with the moons energy.

CRYSTALS: Crystals have amazing healing properties and when placed in water their individual vibrations cause the water to take up their energy patterns. This ritual contains CLEAR QUARTZ and MOONSTONE tumblestones. The so-called master healer, Clear Quartz crystal is a powerful amplifier, able to increase the energy of the user and the crystals surrounding it. It helps to bring the body into alignment and encourage balance. Moonstone has the beautiful abundant, gentle energy of the Moon and works to bring harmony to the internal body and connect us to our innate intuition.

BOTANICALS: DRIED ROSE PETALS, CALENDULA (MARIGOLD), PINK CORNFLOWER, LEMON BALM and SAGE are all included and in the botanical world it is believed that the healing energies of these plants, can cleanse unwanted energies, promote calm and grounding, and help realign with what's most important to you.

CANDLE: Red Tealight included is fragranced with rose, lily of the valley, fruit and musk.

AROMATHERAPY PRODUCTS: The aromatherapy products used are HIMALAYAN SALTS which contain over 84 different minerals, that our bodies need to stay healthy and these are infused into the body through dermal absorption whilst simply soaking in the bath. Also included is a BATH MELT (made using essential oils of Rose Geranium, Jasmine and Tangerine, Sweet Almond Oil and Cocoa and Shea butters with Coconut and Peach kernel oils and Dried Rose Petals), which has been created to be indulgent, mood enhancing and also provide a healthy dose of hydrating oils and butters to that thirsty skin.

WARNINGS;

- CALENDULA (Marigold): Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family (such as feverfew, chamomile, or Echinacea species) should exercise caution with calendula, as allergic cross-reactivity to Asteraceae plants is common.
- BATH MELTS: Oils used have been bottled in a production area that uses nuts, and are made using Sweet Almond Oil.
- ESSENTIAL OILS: If pregnant, suffering from any medical condition or taking medication, consult a health care practitioner before use.
- CHILDREN: These products are not suitable to be used by children.
