Ritual Baths are relaxing as well as healing and all of the individual components of this bathing experience emit energies and healing properties that benefit mind, body and spirit. It is a time and space to be with yourself, for yourself and to infuse the bathing experience with intentions. Water is energetically healing, as well as cleansing and is renown for its therapeutic nature and this beautifully curated bath ritual allows you to take full advantage of this.

This SLEEP Bath Ritual combines aromatherapy, with crystals and botanicals to utilize the healing benefits of them all and create an extra special experience. Take this bath to relax, recharge and prepare your body and mind for a night of deep and restful sleep.

CRYSTALS: Crystals have amazing healing properties and when placed in water their individual vibrations cause the water to take up their energy patterns. This ritual contains AMETHYST and MOONSTONE tumblestones. Amethyst is fantastic for bath therapy and relieves negative emotions and energies whilst powerful moonstone soothes stress and emotional instability to enhance the atmosphere with energies of calm and tranquility.

CANDLE: A Lavender tealight is included, Lavender's delightful and heady aroma eases anxiety, calms and promotes relaxation.

BOTANICALS: LAVENDER, CHAMOMILE, HIBISCUS & BLUE MALLOW are all included and in the botanical world are all seen as helpful in dissolving anxiety and promoting relaxation and aiding sleep.

AROMATHERAPY PRODUCTS: The aromatherapy products used are HIMALAYAN SALTS which contain over 84 different minerals, that our bodies need to stay healthy and these are infused into the body through dermal absorption whilst simply soaking in the bath. Also included is a BATH MELT (made using essential oils of Lavender, Sweet Orange, Bergamot, Sweet Almond Oil and Cocoa and Shea butters with Coconut and Wheatgerm oils and Dried Lavender) which has been created to be calming and relaxing to the mind and also has antibacterial properties and can boost circulation, aid collagen production and even skin tone all the while providing a healthy dose of hydrating oils and butters to that thirsty skin.

WARNINGS;
- HIBISCUS: Hibiscus flowers are often intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally fragments of peanut shells are present. Caution for individuals with severe peanut allergies. May contain cereals containing gluten, mustard, sesame & celery.
- BATH MELTS: Oils used have been bottled in a production area that uses nuts, and are made using Sweet Almond Oil.
- ESSENTIAL OILS: If pregnant, suffering from any medical condition or taking medication, consult a health care practitioner before use.
- CHILDREN: These products are not suitable to be used by children.
