Sleep Crystals & Selenite Bowl

This kit contains a beautiful carved mini selenite bowl and six different tumbled stones all chosen specifically for their properties that are believed to promote calm and relaxation and aid peaceful, restful sleep.

The Selenite bowl is a great place to pop your crystals in your bedroom as it is renown for it's ability to cleanse and charge other crystals.

This kit contains;

- Rose Quartz: Known to improve the quality of sleep and promote beautiful dreams.
- Amethyst: Soothes and calms and helps you relax and promotes a deeper sleep.
- Clear Quartz: Protects and clears away negative energy whilst you sleep.
- Blue Banded Agate: A good stone for removing inner turmoil and alleviating stress. It is believed to help with sleep difficulties and to induce pleasant dreams.
- Blue Sodalite: With its blue, grey and white hues is known as the stone of spiritual sleep, easing tensions, relieving stress whilst stilling the mind to promote a deep restful sleep.

The mini Selenite bowl measures approx. 8.5cms x 4cms. Please be aware Selenite is a soft crystal so often has scuff marks from where it has been carved and shaped, any marks aren't chips or damage but are part of the natural stone also it must avoid water.

Each crystal tumblestone will measure approx. 15-25mm however the size, shape and colour of each crystal may vary, this is due to the natural variations in these crystals.
